The epitome of pop. That album that makes me want to go on a fun montage with my friends and not look back.
Respect it, don't like it. I can see the fun they had making this album, but I didn't really enjoy it.
I always thought I liked Wilco, I just never listened to one of their albums all the way through. Now I know I like Wilco. The sensitive and light, emo sound of this album was an easy listen
This was a nice throwback to when I was a little kid trying to listen in on my older brother and his friends listening to their cds.

Im sure when it came out, this album was received awfully because of its sense of chaos. But listening to it in 2022, it sounds like a Fleetwood Mac tribute playlist on shuffle. I loved everything about it.
This isnt yacht rock, its dad rock. This album made me want to put on my cargo shorts and NBs, crack open a bud, and grill for the gods.
That was definitely the waviest of new wave.
