First two songs have a bass intro, that's kinda neat.
I love that it sounds like it was recorded in someone's garage.
Here Comes Your Man kind of sounds like an R.E.M. song
Albums in the same genre released this year:
Nirvana - Bleach
Faith no More - The Real Thing
Motley Crue - Dr. Feelgood
The Cult - Sonic Temple
Not my preference in music but I definitely appreciate the half punk half rock garage band feel. Probably going to hit it with a 7 or 3.5 whatever the scale is.

This is the most indie shit i've heard in a while, I would have loved this back in 7th grade. I like the drummer's style a lot. Some of the songs are kind of samey but there's definitely highlights and I enjoyed the listen

This is the kind of thing this list is for, I think. I never would have listened to something like this on my own volition.
This is almost so moody I can't relate to it. Some of the songs like 'That's All I Ask' really punch when they crescendo but the spaces in between can be plodding. I don't think this will necessarily end up on any playlists but I liked some moments in this a lot. I think it's just a little slow and threadbare musically for my tastes. Her voice is lovely and truly unique.

I expected to enjoy this since I've always liked 'Teardrop' (the theme to the show House).
I get mad leftfield vibes which is probably fitting since they developed in parallel in the UK electronic scene.
I dug this. It's not transcendental but super listenable. It's better than just 'okay' as well. 4/5
