Decent album, better than most “hard rock” music that I’ve heard.
I watched Terrence Malick's "Badlands" recently so I was excited tto give this record a listen. I enjoyed it, it had a great, bleak atmosphere. I see why people say this is Springsteen's best.
I have mixed feelings about this album. It's fast, it's punchy, it's wildly influential, it's innovative, it's capital-P Punk... but it's also the same song 14 times over. It's decent.
This album is insanely front-loaded.
Not a fan.
I deeply hate Eric Clapton, both as a person and as a musician. I did not want to listen to this album. However, l decided that I should at least give it a go considering that I still hold a lot of Kanye West's music very close to my heart and I should probably extend the same courtesy that I expect from some of the more Kanye-averse users on this site giving his music a fair shot to Clapton. That being said, this album was pretty dull, but of course Layla is an unimpeachable track.
There are a lot better hip-hop albums than this in my opinion.
Definitely my favourite Dylan record.
I knew this album was gonna be corny as soon as I saw the gadsden flag on the cover. Some decent songs though. I like their other material better.

I ended up really liking this. The vocalist has a great idiosyncratic voice.

If I had a nickel for everytime Brian Eno produced an album loosely based around airports, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but its weird that it happened twice. This album sucks btw.
Very easy 5. Obviously she has a great voice, but I couldn't really care less what voice someone is born with. Pairing it with her virtuosic production, however, and then you have one of the best pop albums ever.
Overrated
Decent but I don’t think this should be Massive Attack’s representation on the list. They have better records
