The songs themselves didn’t seem to bad. The melody was nice but oh my gosh their voices are annoying. I couldn’t finish the album because of it.
Absolutely hated it.
It has just started and I already like it. The little change in rhythm at the end of Luckie really adds that pizzazz to the piece. There’s a hint of jazz and funk intertwined with the pop factor of this album. It takes all the best aspects of each genre and mashes together to make something beautiful. I really like Eli’s Comin’. The way she sings also gives the music a sort of refreshing feeling. Stoned Soul Picnic might be my favorite song in the whole album. I take it back, The Confession is my favorite. All in all, this album was amazing if you like old goodies. 10/10
It’s Michael what more can I say, he’s my literal childhood come on now. I love this album sm
As someone who hasn’t ever really liked rap, I enjoyed this one a lot. I really like footprints with that hint of Stevie Wonder in there. The whole album had a chill vibe compared to modern rap that just seems to aggressive. This album really brings out what rap was about, being poetic in your own way.
It’s not bad it just reminds me of the type of music my uncle puts on when he’s making food. So all in all very nostalgic
I do like it but it gives heavy Umbrella Academy vibes for some reason. It’s not an album I’d listen to on a regular basis but it’s not bad.
I could definitely see myself playing this in the car with with the windows down on a sunny day.
I’m not one to really listen to instrumentals but the album itself isn’t that bad. I’ve never seen a song that’s twenty minutes long and I really lost interest after the first three but if you want chill background music, this is it.
This is definitely an alternative album lol. There were only three songs (We Sink, Recover, Lungs) I think I would listen to, I actually put them on my playlist but the rest of the album is okay.
Okay I actually really like this album, I would jam out to this if I was animating or drawing.
This album definitely carries a message, it’s beyond just the music. It’s a story. Pretty good for a genre I don’t typically listen to.
Nah it’s not for me. It’s just not it sorry…
It wasn’t for me honestly
