What's Going On by Marvin Gaye
Oct 09 2023

Really liked this album. So vibey, listened to it twice in a row. Lauren loved it too. Really like the instruments and the way Marvin sings so softly

Led Zeppelin IV by Led Zeppelin
Oct 10 2023

Led Zeppelin not for me but this is a good album

Illinois by Sufjan Stevens
Oct 11 2023

Didn’t like this one. Too random and quirky for my liking.

Pet Sounds by The Beach Boys
Oct 13 2023

Almost feels like song snippets at times, but extremely catchy and fun overall. Sloop John B has special memories for me with my grandpa.

Blue by Joni Mitchell
Oct 16 2023

Feel like I’m always on the edge of liking this. I really get into parts and then get pulled out.

Bitches Brew by Miles Davis
Oct 17 2023

Now that’s jazz baby! I don’t really understand jazz but I pretend to because it makes me feel smart. This album made me feel like Emma Stone in La La Land, except when I open my eyes at the end of the movie I won’t see my failed dreams staring back at me. EVERYONE FEELS SORRY FOR RYAN GOSLING IN THAT MOVIE BUT HE’S THE ONE THAT REALLY ACCOMPLISHED HIS DREAM.

In A Silent Way by Miles Davis
Oct 18 2023

Jazz jazz jazz! I’m jazzing everywhere! I like this more than yesterday’s album, felt like more approachable jazz. Now instead of Emma Stone, I’m Ryan Gosling showing someone else the way of jazz.

Catch A Fire by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Oct 19 2023

Made me feel like I needed to be on a boat with 10 of my best friends. Didn’t like it as first but as the album went on Iit vibed.

Oct 20 2023

Pretty solid background music. Can’t see myself sitting down with a bottle of wine, dimming the lights, and throwing this on the record player, but maybe goes in my party playlist.

Funeral by Arcade Fire
Oct 23 2023

Dear Diary, today is September 30th, 1993. Homecoming is next week and I really hope Johnny asks me! Everyone else already has dates! Anyways, I found this new album that explains how I feel. My angst is composed with a sense of confidence that everything is going to end up ok. I’m going to walk up to Johnny and demand he ask me to the dance! Wish me luck!

Fear Of A Black Planet by Public Enemy
Oct 24 2023

The year is 2002. A little game called Jet set Radio Future has released. A young boy named Taylor falls in love. The game had a built in radio and this album reminds me of it. Enjoyed the album! Very 90s

The Gilded Palace Of Sin by The Flying Burrito Brothers
Oct 25 2023

Some of these songs I really really liked, and some fell completely flat for me.

Lam Toro by Baaba Maal
Oct 26 2023

Couldn’t get down with it

Hunky Dory by David Bowie
Oct 30 2023

Can’t believe the guy from the labyrinth had a musical career! Not my style of music but still enjoyed listening to this album, especially the later tracks.

KIWANUKA by Michael Kiwanuka
Nov 07 2023
B-52's by The B-52's
Nov 08 2023

Actually had a lot of fun listening to this album, kind of punky I thought and I enjoyed the style they went will. Not something I would normally listen to I don’t think, may have caught me in the right mood.
