Became a fan after this album had been & gone - happy to rediscover it !

Ahead of their time - but the sonic concepts exceeded their engineering capabilities. I can hear a strong late 60's Beatles influence with the psychedelic sound.

Pretty bland and not interesting enough to listen past the first few tracks. Juvenile lyrics - like a high school band. Boring and can't believe it is on this list.

Not my favourite Springsteen as it's a bit more commercial than his normal. However a couple of real sing along bangers is the result.

Just not for me. Preferred New Order to the Ian Curtis drudgery.

As a "late" Pink Floyd fan (DSOTM onward) it was the first early album that I have listened to. Decided I much preferred the "later" stuff post Syd.

Not for me

Heavy metal fan and can cope with the non thrash Metallica era. But I don't get this ...

Not as approachable as Nevermind and to me lacked the same impact

Better band once Peter Gabriel left. Never heard this before - and won't ever hear it again.

Hated Boy George. But as a child of the 80's I grew up with this stuff and other UK new wave bands so a pleasant walk down memory lane.
