Tusk by Fleetwood Mac
Dec 29 2023

Really nice album, some really nice relaxing songs, some more upbeat, a few added to 'idk what to call this' (4). A good Fleetwood mac album to listen to while doing work (revision, homework,Textiles, etc). Has 20 songs in total and just over an hour long, easy and enjoyable listening, could be a good album to do some cover songs on in the future

In A Silent Way by Miles Davis
Dec 30 2023

Nice, relaxing instrumental album, with a great depth of different instruments, tones, rhythm, etc. A good album to play when doing things such as revision, artwork, music, etc. Clearly a huge amount of detail put into it. The album would of rated higher if there where a bit of vocals, but tbh i dont think singing would of really fitted in with this track, but it's overall a pretty perfect instrumental album.

Rust In Peace by Megadeth
Dec 31 2023

I quite liked this album, it was very heavy metal, w8th many Electric guitar solos, 'violent' sounding drums which I found nice to listen to. The singer in the band (who is an ex metallica member) I feel has a very unique voice, which I find quite important when distinguishing different vocalists.

Live At Leeds by The Who
Jan 02 2024

I really loved this album, half of the whos song and half covers I thought was a very good mixture for a summary of the two concerts (theres also an extended deluxe edition with more songs added (such as 'tattoo' for example)). The drum work by keith moon was also extremely impressive and powerful, and there was an outstanding amount of sound and detail for only 4 people. I was also quite surprised to find a live album on this list, but it is a very nice addition

Chirping Crickets by Buddy Holly & The Crickets
Jan 03 2024

I quite liked this album, even though its not the sort of thing i would normally listen to, but I ended up quite liking it, the backing vocals also really add to the main singing by Holly, as well as the prominent guitar and drum solos

A Love Supreme by John Coltrane
Jan 04 2024

3/5 stars because the instrumentals are absolutely excellent, one ti8ng that stuck out to me was the really nice drum sounds in the background I would of liked a bit more vocals, but it almost doesn't need it as they are spoken through the saxophone work, pleasantly surprised as I don't really listen to jazz

Tragic Songs of Life by The Louvin Brothers
Jan 05 2024

Not really my type of album, I think it deserves to be on this list though

Getz/Gilberto by Stan Getz
Jan 06 2024

I quite liked this album, had a nice instrumental to it

Permission to Land by The Darkness
Jan 07 2024

I'd give it a 4 I really liked this album

The Cars by The Cars
Jan 09 2024

I'd rate this album a 3.5 because it had some good songs on it

Foxbase Alpha by Saint Etienne
