Take the music, loose the lyrics!
Probably the first Yes album to truly define their unique style and merit the term Progressive Rock. With instantly hummable tunes, it remains a favourite of most Yes fans and definitely in their top five of releases
A politically aware album reflecting the ongoing changes in 19702 America
OK! But not my thing
Loved this! Not usually my thing but recently got into more recent Tangerine Dream albums so not surprising that this ticked the box too.
I remember my Dad having this album when I was a pre-teen. It has it's moments but I didn't particularly like it then and my opinion hasn't changed.
Superb! Love the sound of this album. Whilst a fan of the band, this is an album that escaped me. A definite for all record collections.
Absolutely Stunning album both lyrically and with the lush orchestral arrangements... a true classic!
A mess!! Gutter attempt at Metallica without anywhere near the class!
Sounds like the singer's got a sore throat!
OK but a bit repetitive after a few tracks
Ok!
A Classic! How can anyone give less than 5 stars
Absolutely superb!!
Not one of his best but still very listenable
Very samey tracks, which is what I found with her latest songs produced for a National Theatre play......heard one, heard them all!
I understand the history and all that but really? I struggled to find anything in this of note and.... not sure whether this is a result of someone in a modern studio playing with the sound and trying to remove imperfections but via Spotify, it sounds hollow and lifeless. Three stars was generous.
This really grew on me. Never bothered listening to Iron Maiden before but I really enjoyed this.
Excellent! A work of genius
It’s ok. I wouldn’t go out of my way to listen to it again.
Fabulous album and one that I listened to many times.
A classic! Fantastic progression from the previous album by them
Another grower. I have other Suede albums but had never heard this one. You can definitely hear the influence of Bowie on this album. A cracker!
