Not a new one to me… a bit slow for regular listening imo. I do like the fingers-on-guitar-strings sound that shows up a lot (esp Plateau - cover of the meat puppets)

What a jam — shocked I missed this album in 2004. Love the blending of all these genres (rock, ska, salsa, some middle eastern inspired strings 😍)

This is an example of something artistic where I see the skill/creativity/importance of it, but I don't actually enjoy it on its own. Like I see why this is "good," but I just don't actually like listening to it. I don't find ambient music very listenable and I'd have to be in a very specific (and weird) mood to put this on.

Slow for my taste, but I like it - solid indie pop vibes and some of the beats reminded me a bit of the postal service. Good not great
