Guero by Beck
May 28 2024

It was pretty interesting, not a huge fan so some of it was not good sounding to me personally..

Mothership Connection by Parliament
May 29 2024

It's real funky like ol' Greg(mighty boosh). This makes me want to bump my booty. It has a good flow and all kinds of various instruments you'd think don't work together but managed some how. Handcuffs seemed sexy at first, but at the same time kind of misogynistic or at least controlling of someone because you can't trust them??? I'm not sure, the lyrics were started to devolve. The next song picks back up to a classic fun funk beat, so that one song was a bit of an outlier for sure. The last song has a real crazy noise, like a almost fart background noise. Like a interstellar flatulence. Good overall, it'll get you moving for sure if you want to funk out while cleaning or being active.

Kid A by Radiohead
May 30 2024

Wasn't feeling it, not a fan of Radiohead personally

Innervisions by Stevie Wonder
Jun 04 2024

Similar level of tone to me like CCR, but not popping out for me. Felt a little flat but an influential albums don't need to be so popping out. Some nice consistent beats to it.

Homework by Daft Punk
Jun 11 2024

Such a great listen for me. I just dig the beats they made and how the flow into each other. Alive being one of my favorites on this one and the one everyone knows Around the world. It's a great first album from them, truly made it a craft with synths and dance music. It gets you moving even if you don't think it will.

Jun 14 2024

Heard some of it, just to long of songs that didn't really land.

Bat Out Of Hell by Meat Loaf
Jun 17 2024

A master of the art of rock/metal as you'd expect. Ended as a terrible person but still.would.be remembered for his music mainly. This album was the first one I saw of his as a kid in my step dad's CDs. I mean there is a reason Jack black had him in the Kickapoo song amount with Dio for tenacious d movie/band.

Siamese Dream by The Smashing Pumpkins
Jun 19 2024

Very good album. Today is always a banger! And just digged this album. Color me a fan of the pumpkins

Jun 24 2024

I think this is pretty mid to me. Not the greatest but not the worst. Despite its age it's something that is nice to hear of it's on kind of thing.

Ys by Joanna Newsom
Jun 26 2024

Not my favorite

Jul 08 2024

It was a vibe when hearing it. Rick Ashley has a similar sound and I thought that was interesting how that decade had a particular sound for pop music. Love the bind reference oh the album cover

C'est Chic by CHIC
Jul 16 2024

Kind of not as upbeat as I'd hope for since it kind feels repetitive or at least boring in some way to me.
