Graceland
Paul SimonLove the earthly rhythms of this album. It seems primitive and cosmic at the same time. Kudos to Paul for capturing this authentic human sound. “I have reason to believe We all will be received In Graceland.”

What a great, non-stop groove. You just forget how strong the whole band is. Such an enjoyable listen.
Feel like I need to give this one a few more listens. The three “hits” are super groovy. But some of the songs sound a little kitschy to me on first listen, which I know is sacreligious to say about the Dan. I’d never cut it off, but might not grab for it either.
This album brings me so much comfort. It transcends music into just big-picture thinking. And George is such a trustworthy tour guide. Everyone has choice When to Or not to Raise your Voice Like reading Walt Whitman. So spiritually calming. Thank you George.
Delicious and atmospheric. Perfect for cooking dinner or having on in the background (perhaps not the forefront). The sax and vocals whisper comfort. Just feels very authentic. Super chill.
This album delighted me. It was like a perfect bridge from Beatles to the Smiths to Oasis. With plenty of surprises as well. Loved it.
I just can't do AC/DC. I know they're great, and I do admire the original guitar licks, but the vocals are grating to me, and every song sounds the same. And all lack a message.
Fuzzy and computery. Nice combination of sounds.
Good and raw. No complaints.
Album just puts me in a good mood.
Dug this album. Great mix of pleasing, acoustic melody and funky, off-beat shenanigans.
Groovy and sophisticated, A little dark.
Didn't move me
love the soulful picking. Soothing
Liked the atmosphere
Meh, I'm sure it broke ground. Doesn't seem to hold up well.
