Pink Moon by Nick Drake

Very chill album with an almost harrowingly melancholy vibe to it. Mostly just a dude and a guitar. Short and bleak. The dude on the cover is fr how I look while listening. I gave it a second listen and man, its simplicity and ultra-focused writing and vibe are just so haunting

Loud and in your face! Great album with some slappin riffs and guitar work (and can't forget about the awesome basslines as well!)

Madman Across The Water by Elton John
Apr 18 2025

Tiny dancer is ok but working in retail has filled me with a great distaste for Elton John's music.

Great album, nice change of pace from the other hip-hop albums of the time. The Chinese restaurant skit isn't great but other than that I greatly enjoyed this one.

Bayou Country by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Apr 21 2025

I liked it better than I thought I would, although I'm still not huge on Proud Mary.

The Velvet Underground by The Velvet Underground
Apr 22 2025

A lot less insane than the other Velvet Underground stuff I've heard, pretty solid!

Pyromania by Def Leppard
Apr 23 2025

Felt like listening to plastic. overall grating and disinteresting

Infected by The The

Couldn't help but feel like I was missing something, like it should have been better but it just wasn't.

Deja Vu by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young
Apr 25 2025

Solid album, very pleasant and great songwriting.

Chirping Crickets by Buddy Holly & The Crickets
Apr 26 2025

Pretty chill and pleasant listen, nothing really special by modern sensibilities. 5/10

Faith by George Michael
Apr 27 2025

This album is nasty and not in an enjoyable way

Apr 28 2025

Definitely corny by today's standards but I'll always love Close to the Edge.
