I've not listened but Emily used to listen to it loads and rates it.

Seriously funky tunes

Some absolutely classics with particularly strong vocal harmonies. Also has a few odd ones

Some alright ones but listening all the way through makes me want to top myself

Sounds a lot more modern than I expected, guess things go in cycles. Starts strong and feels fun and poppy but then peters out a little

Mum's favourite and definitely one of my desert island discs. Great guitar, great lyrics, sad, happy, angry. Best Album so far.

Seminal rock, opens with some crackers. Nothing gets my head bashing like war pigs. Few of the tracks are a little gratuitously long!

Probably a bit beyond me. Some decent sections on some tracks but a tough listen overall

Easy listening with some nice funky pop tunes. Very Daft Punkesque, not surprising as they're both french 90s acts I suppose

Dangerously close to Ska

This was a nice jazz taster actually not too much scat or improv

More metal than I anticipated seems more like the real Metallica than the black album

Ain't nothing but a g thang. Classic west coast !
