1001 Albums Summary

Can really hear how influential this was, feels very similar to a lot of modern rap that I've listened to. Have always kind of known Snoop Dog as a bit of a meme, but this is great. Wouldn't come back to it, but worth a listen to expand the owld musical knowledge.

It's a fun album, but as a huge fan of Miles Davis not my favourite of his. It doesn't have the cool slink of Kind of Blue or the manic energy of Bitches Brew. But it's still Miles so it's still great.

Great album, you can hear Paul Simon breaking free of Garfunkel and it's amazing. Controversial opinion though, I hate this version of the title track...

I actually enjoyed this more than I thought. Some of it is very 80s and over the top, but a few songs just sounded like he was having fun.

Love this. Interesting sounds, great vocals, mad lyrics. We all love pizza.

Absolutely bonkers and hard to tell if it was actually enjoyable.

It's a cool album but definitely doesn't grab me as much as To Pimp A Butterfly, I just love that jazz influence.
