Pet Sounds by The Beach Boys
Jun 13 2025

Wonderful album with one of my all time favourite songs (God Only Knows). RIP Brian Wilson

The Wildest! by Louis Prima
Jun 14 2025

Fun and makes me want to dance! I liked how funny most of the songs were.

Moondance by Van Morrison
Jun 15 2025

Enjoyable, easy listening. Sort of music I'd play in the backyard on a summer evening.

Head Hunters by Herbie Hancock
Jun 16 2025

Really liked Watermelon Man. My personal preference is towards shorter tracks, but this album has a great sound.

Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin
Jun 17 2025

I like the sound of this album but I can't love it because it feels like every song is just moaning about some woman. Waaaaaa she did this, she did that. Brother get a hobby

The Gilded Palace Of Sin by The Flying Burrito Brothers
Jun 19 2025

I didn't even mind how this sounded but jeez the lyrics are so atrocious. Would never listen to this again

Ramones by Ramones
Jun 21 2025

Listened to this with my Dad, and while I probably wouldn't listen to this album on my own it did remind him of all sorts of stories about his punk days so it gets bonus points

Time Out by The Dave Brubeck Quartet
Jun 22 2025

Liked it! When Take Five played I went "Ooooh this song!". I just let my mind go along with the music and had a great time.

Deja Vu by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young
Jun 24 2025

I really enjoy this album! I love the sound, the harmonies, especially love that each song feels and sounds different front the rest. "Our House" from this album has been one of my all time favourite songs for a long time. It just makes me so cozy and happy! This would be a 5 aside from a few songs that aren't my favorite. 4.5/5!

Venus Luxure No. 1 Baby by Girls Against Boys
Jun 25 2025

Did not enjoy this at all. Not my kind of music but also it all sounded exactly the same to me.

1999 by Prince
Jun 26 2025

I like the sound but I unfortunately am no where near sexually charged enough for this album. It would have gotten much higher points if it was shorter or if I was dancing to it.

Siembra by Willie Colón & Rubén Blades
Jun 27 2025

Enjoyed the sound but I wouldn't particularly seek this out again

Imagine by John Lennon
Jun 28 2025

You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not.

Stardust by Willie Nelson
Jun 29 2025

Albums like this make me glad I'm going through this list because I honestly would have never listened to this myself. So many reasons for me to enjoy this: I love cover albums, I already like a lot of these songs, and I like these interpretations! Would totally listen to this again on a drive or a quiet evening.

Pretzel Logic by Steely Dan
Jul 03 2025

Genuinely not sure why I liked this so much but I did. For me this is head empty, silly music but I had fun and really enjoyed tracks like Parker's Band. Would absolutely listen to this again outside on a sunny day

A Love Supreme by John Coltrane
Jul 04 2025

Too dramatic and long winded for me.

Abbey Road by Beatles
Jul 05 2025

For me a 5/5 is an album that I would listen to almost all of the tracks individually and this gets there for me. Not only that, but listening as a whole album has such a wonderful flow. I know almost all these songs by heart and love to sing them/play them on my instruments. I can't even pick favourites because it would be practically the whole album!

Jul 22 2025

It was fine. Played in the background while I did other stuff and it wasn't bad. I really like "Don't Look Back in Anger".

Sunshine Hit Me by The Bees
Jul 27 2025

Liked it but didn't love it. It was a little all over the place but I didn't mind. Some songs I really enjoyed just for the vibe, but a few too many songs didn't hit for me.

The Stranger by Billy Joel
Jul 29 2025

Sitting between a 3 and a 4. Could have been a five when I sat out in the backyard, wind chimes clinking softly, and Vienna came on. But aside from the tracks that I really really love I was just meh about it as a whole.

Celebrity Skin by Hole
Jul 30 2025

Started super strong but by the end I was tired of it. I didn't think anything was that bad however, just too similar.

The White Album by Beatles
Aug 02 2025

This is an album of mostly 5/5s but the unfortunate 2/5s sneak in. Overall 4/5

Risque by CHIC
Aug 08 2025

I love disco BUT these tracks were too long for me. Good times is still a banger

Boston by Boston
Aug 16 2025

Boston is very nostalgic for me and I already like a lot of these songs despite never listening to the album. I liked it! A bit repetitive

Aug 25 2025

I can't blame anyone for not liking Talking Heads, the lead singer is on tune MAYBE 10% of the time. That being said I didn't mind this album! It was fun

Synchronicity by The Police
Aug 30 2025

For the most part I actually liked the way this album sounded ASIDE from the singing. Goddamn not only is the voice really irritating and whiny to me but dude is going oooooon about who knows what in every single song. Every tracks starts okay and then is too long and repetitive. "Mother" sounds like something the CIA would use to torture people

Jazz Samba by Stan Getz
Sep 05 2025

Absolutely lovely. Some use "Background Music" as an insult, but something so smooth, rich, and beautiful in the background is reward. 5/5 would clean my house to this again!

Songs Of Leonard Cohen by Leonard Cohen
Jul 30 2026

On an individual level I enjoyed each song, and think this is a beautiful album. But as a whole album it's a tough listen due to how similar each song sounds

Goo by Sonic Youth
Jul 31 2026

1 hour of please let this be over. This is just not my style and way too much noise

After The Gold Rush by Neil Young
Aug 01 2026

I don't really like Neil Young's voice and also think most of this album was pretty but pretty meh. But Southern Man was good
