This album is making me question starting this. I do not understand the approach to the beats so lacking in dynamics, repeatitive, so distracting I can’t even focus on the vocals…not for me or anyone I know that I’ve showed it to.

Absolutely gold here. One of the most influential jazz-rap albums I have listened to in modern era. Great story, great sound production and themes.
