Can’t tell if I like it or just nostalgic. But feels surprisingly complete as an art piece. Subject matter wyrder than I remembered: yes literary sci-fi but also magic and occult? It’s a genre album using tools of indie sleaze??

He’s a genius but I just don’t have the ear for it. Gz and Hustlas has properly got me though!

I was worried familiarity would make it hard to tell if I authentically liked this. But the songs I don’t know are just as strong as the famous singles. Shame it’s only 30mins!

There was so much AMs hype, and I was turning 15. These songs are scratched into my soul. So much raw energy. But does it hang together?

Much like this idea, the album was presumably very clever in 1996 but has become little more than a curio by the 2020s.
