1001 Albums Summary

It brings me back to high school, my friend was, and still is obsessed with The Pogues. I can only listen in small sections as it's pretty intense!

This album WAS my childhood!

Weirdly I'd never heard this album before, only heard about it. Whilst it wouldn't be an album I'd normally put on, I can see why it's considered a banger.

This is a top 5 album of all time for me. So many memories, good times, bad times - and I will never, ever tire of listening to this. In fact, I've probably listened to this 1001 times. High and Dry in particular never fails to illicit a big ol' lump in my throat.

I love Nick Drake - I was first introduced to him from the Garden State soundtrack, but too much is a little like eating too much candy.

Loved it - but the fiancé said ‘turn it off, it’s too early’. Ah well

Really beautiful. I was exposed to Elliot Smith through watching Good Will Hunting.
