Hardcore punk. Not quite my thing but can see the appeal. Cashing In is the highlight track on the album. 6/10
Great voice (obv), easy listen. She's got her ticket, Why? and For My Lover the highlights outside of Fast Car. Second half of the album brings it to an 8.5/10
Surprisingly disappointed with this. Wasn't bad but was pretty boring aside from the known hits. Was expecting to love it!
Beautiful in parts, wishy washy in others. Very laid back and easy going. Jacksonville and Casimir Pulaski Day the highlights.
Some bangers, some filler. Starts very strong and gets a bit slow for my liking towards the end. Feel good. Lost Ones and Doo Wop the highlights.
Old folk/country music. Was hoping for more lively but it was a bit slow. If it was all like Raised on Robbery I would have enjoyed it more!
From a good era of music. The music itself was good and nice to listen to but the vocals didn't grab me. Step on the highlight.
Genuinely liked this. Relatively heavy rock with good bass lines and vocals. Nirvana-esque at times. Black Hole Sun and The Day I tried to Live the highlights. Voted 3* but it's a 7/10.
Grunge - loved it on a second listen. Rain When I Die & Dirt the two highlights.
Can see the talent here but not my thing. Who's Loving You the highlight if I had to write one. Maybe depends on the atmosphere.
Didn't like this at all. Weak vocals and too weird/experimental for its own good. Was glad to learn it was one of his much later albums. How does the grass grow the only track I liked.
Would listen again but nothing too special. Black Diamond my highlight. Preferred the faster stuff.
Didn't captivate me but would listen again. All sounded pretty similar so I didn't really have a favourite.
50% is 10/10, the middle is a bit 'nothing'. If I could rate to 10 I'd give it a 9, but will do 4/5. Best hits don't need to be mentioned.
Bangers, obviously.
Not my music at all. Bluesy but no vocals.
Slow dreary distorted rifts. Minimal singing and generally all sounded the same.
Some nice songs in there but overall too slow for me. Don’t know why and Come Away With me the highlights.
Little to know vocals. Not really my thing. Psych rock would be better with a bit of singing.
Pleasant surprise. Set the tone with Cult of Personality at the start and it didn't look back. Banger.
Really did not like this. Frustrating having never properly listened to The Who before. Felt like music you'd hear at the theatre.
