4.3 /5 I mean, these songs are iconic and some of my favourites ever: Vienna, She's Always a Woman to Me and Scenes from an Italian Restaurant. I love how "played" the songs in this album feel; it's like I can almost see the person playing the piano or harp. I love the soul in so many of these songs, the songwriting is phenomenal is so many places and really gets to you. I can't quite connect the coherence throughout the album though. The mood shifts a little throughout. I love the similarities in strangers and everybody has a dream. The last piano riff I love- ties is up nicely. I mean it's peak Billy Joel. It's fun, exciting, can be midly melancholic, you love and feel the lyrics, you see the instruments, but its an optimistic one.
