1001 Albums Summary

Almost every track is a recognizable hit reminiscent of the burner music my parents were nostalgic about.

Soft-rock feeling album with sad-ish/heavy songs that still somehow manages to give a jammy feel.

Poppy and fun.

Perfect representation for the weird 00’s rock-rap ish and 14-year old me loves it.

More melancholic than what I’m familiar with, so overall not my favorite.

Such a weird layering of the pop sound, 80s rock, and nonsensical whimsy. Is it music? Sure. And I’m sure someone likes it a great deal but that someone is not me.

Kind of grimy and chaotic vocals with music a bit above. I hear the appeal, especially to the young, antiestablishment-attracted brain.

Kinda bluesy start then rips right into rock. And what’s that now?! Ode to Van Morrison?! This one song has convinced me that I definitely need to investigate further.
