1001 Albums Summary

Much prefer to yesterday's album, although track 2 'tough guy' was a bit much for 9am pre-coffee.

Couple of good songs, couple that got a bit droney but overall not that memorable for me.

vibes throughout the album felt quite random to me

turns out I know where is my mind! although the first few notes are the most enjoyable bit of the song. feeling slightly more generous towards this album (i'm awarding a 2 instead of a 1)

classic bangers mixed with nice album tracks, what's not to like

jazz is fine for background, but I never really want it to be the main event

preferred to the last beastie boys album but was happy when it was over

some classic bangers but as an album not overly fussed, quite samey

would have given a 3 but had to skip a couple songs

I actually enjoyed this more than expected, but one or two songs would have done me. A whole album was a bit much

every song sounds the same

started off too whiny for me but got more into it as the album went on

missy elliott has some bangers but they weren't on this album

quite enjoyed having this on while working, but can't say it would take the foreground for me

thought I wouldn't be a fan from the title but it surprised me

todd needs to learn to quit while he's ahead
