1001 Albums Summary

Sounds like alt rock; features incredible guitar moments, particularly in "Jellybelly." "Tonight, Tonight" is also a familiar song. Great album!!!!!

Not too appealing to me, a little bit bland and repetitive. There are some redeemable moments; "Chicago" is good. I don't think I'm a big indie fan.

I love Robert Plant's voice. Most songs are catchy and nostalgic. "Moby Dick" is a little odd. Album would be much more enjoyable if the band had fewer disturbing sexual allegations, coupled with the sleezy lyrics featured in many of the songs.

The only flaw this album has is that it's too short! Great funky-ness

I like this--the style reminds me of Will Wood. Very theatrical and dramatic, sometimes sounds improvised

I don't typically like folk, but this wasn't bad! Paul Simon has a nice voice and is complimented by his music style

Not something I would typically listen to, but this was good. Jazz that flows and is easy to multitask with in the background.
