Coat Of Many Colors by Dolly Parton

Really enjoyed this album. Made me laugh and cry. Heartfelt lyrics.

Blood On The Tracks by Bob Dylan
Jan 06 2026

I listened to this whilst working and given Dylan’s songwriting ability perhaps I needed to listen to the lyrics more. It was an easy listen. Many songs sounded the same and I didn’t realise when one finished and another started but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I may revisit if I have time to consider lyrics.

If You Can Believe Your Eyes & Ears by The Mamas & The Papas

Short. Comforting. You realise how many of these songs are classics that I’ve heard in TV, film and on the radio over the years. I’d listen again. Maybe next time in summer!

Elvis Presley by Elvis Presley

Easy listen. Very nostalgic. Hard to compare with modern albums as the production is very basic and composition basic but obviously that’s a product of the time. Definitely will listen again.
