The Wildest! by Louis Prima
Jan 05 2026

nice album with good instrumentals. Listened to it at 4 a.m. in the morning so It felt a little repetitive which was a little tiring. good vibes. favorite track is buona sera. overall I would give a 3.5/5 because It’s not an album I would prefer to listen on a daily basis.

Amnesiac by Radiohead
Jan 06 2026

I wasn’t a radiohead fan and I know very few songs from them. this was a new experience for me and I realized I would’ve been a huge fan in highschool. Yet this sound is not to my liking anymore and it makes me feel gloomy. some songs would be nice to add to my playlist, yet the whole album experience is a little too heavy to digest at once. 3.5/5

At Newport 1960 by Muddy Waters
Jan 07 2026

I enjoyed his voice and the songs. every song was nice to listen to but It’s not something I would especially want to listen to. none of the songs stand out to me so I’ll probably forget about this album after a while. other than that I think it’s a well made album and I wouldn’t be upset if I came across any of the songs in my daily life and maybe even in my playlist. I would give it a 3.8/5

The Bends by Radiohead
Jan 08 2026

I’ve heard some of the songs before but It was my first time listening to the whole album. it was a nice album overall but the songs were too repetitive and some were too long for no reason (in my opinion.) All of the songs got me either swinging side to side or bopping my head I really loved it but the lyrics weren’t relatable for me at all so I wasn’t really feeling it when I focused on them. “Just” became my favorite track in this album. I kind of get the hype after listening to it but I find some songs that doesn’t suit my taste so I would rate it a 4/5

Power In Numbers by Jurassic 5
Jan 09 2026

I really enjoyed everything about this album. great intro great melodies thoughtful writing. It was impactful yet entertaining. I couldn’t tell a single thing I disliked.

Jan 12 2026

It was SO good I enjoyed every song in this album. I only knew the title track before since It’s so popular but other ones are also at the same level. loved it. will definitely listen to it more.

Licensed To Ill by Beastie Boys
Jan 14 2026

sadly this album didn’t suit my taste at all but I quite enjoyed two songs. I didn’t hate it that’s why I was about to give it a 2/5 but for the sake of those songs I increased it to be a 3/5

Aja by Steely Dan

Remain In Light by Talking Heads

this was so bland and boring I couldn’t believe my ears. Skipped a few songs half the way through.

Tom Tom Club by Tom Tom Club
Jan 19 2026

just found out that this is a side project or something like a sub-unit for talking heads. I don’t know if it’s the same for everyone but yesterday my recommended album from this projects was from talking heads and I didn’t quite enjoy it. This one was so much better and some tracks were quite funky interesting and fun. Yet I still think that some of them were boring. I understand that this is more of a renovative thing during the era, yet I rate the albums according to my experience listening to them. So I found this album to be mediocre and too long. Disc 2 I think suits my taste better. “ this is a foxy world” has such a nice melody which I enjoyed truly.
