1001 Albums Summary

There's a good reason music from Lynyrd Skynyrd's debut album was featured in many popular movies (i.e. Forrest Gump, Dazed and Confused, etc.): It's down-to-earth lyrics and absolutely impeccable musical talents; notably it's various now-legendary guitarists (i.e. Gary Rossington and Allen Collins); have been iconic for decades, and this album truely speaks for itself. I can only assume many people raised in the South in the past 30 years or so, could rarely imagine a better album to listen to on a countryside road trip. Classic selection and all around great music!
