Jazz Samba by Stan Getz
Oct 13 2025

All around nice samba music. Makes me miss playing in a jazz band. Top: Samba Dees Days Not Top: O Pato

You Want It Darker by Leonard Cohen
Oct 14 2025

I never expected what would come after that first song. I really didn't enjoy this experience. Top: You Want It Darker (i guess???) Not Top: All of it, but Treaty was the worst

Deep Purple In Rock by Deep Purple
Oct 15 2025

Good ol' fashioned hootin' and hollerin'. Would listen again. I love that late 60s heavy rock sound! Top: Child in Time Not Top: Into the Fire

Moon Safari by Air
Oct 16 2025

Nice, chill vibes music. Perfect background for learning SQL. Top: Le voyage de Pénélope Not Top: Remember

Songs For Swingin' Lovers! by Frank Sinatra
Oct 17 2025

I gotta admit, Sinatra is kinda overrated imo. Like no, it's not bad music, but I wouldn't listen to it as my first choice. He's super influential in the grand scheme, but it's just nothing special, it's all so same-y. So sue me. Top: We'll Be Together Again Not Top: Makin' Whoopee

Oct 18 2025

I had a surprisingly good time with this album. A couple duds, but overall pretty fun! As a bonafide Cee-Lo disliker, I did not expect to enjoy this. Important note: I mostly enjoyed the beats - wasn't really listening lyrically Top: Living Again Not Top: Childz Play

The Gershwin Songbook by Ella Fitzgerald
Oct 19 2025

Great music for doing crossword puzzles! (ugh i sound like my father). Good ole jazz. Wouldn't listen front to back like this ever again. Top: 'S Wonderful Not Top: Lorelei

Franz Ferdinand by Franz Ferdinand
Oct 20 2025

Oh hell yeah, now we're talkin'! Top: Michael Not Top: Jacqueline

Here's Little Richard by Little Richard
Oct 21 2025

My mom was born the year this album came out. It's crazy how society has evolved from there. Um, I didn't like this though. His voice attacks me. Top: Tutti Frutti Not Top: Jenny, Jenny

Oct 22 2025

Pretty sure I just listened to the same song 9 times in a row?? I didn't really like it the first time or the other eight. Top: Conte De Fees Not Top: Desespoir

Murder Ballads by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
Oct 23 2025

What an interesting listen! I don't really like the guy's voice but still find it in me to enjoy the music. Top: Crow Jane Not Top: The Kindness of Strangers

The Doors by The Doors
Oct 24 2025

I've always had a soft spot for The Doors, I'm not sure why. Their music just feels good. Wait is that an explicit marker on the last song? Oh dear god... Top: Light My Fire (has this always been 7 minutes long???) Not Top: I Looked At You

Closer by Joy Division
Oct 25 2025

The drummer was driving me nuts in some of these songs... Or is it a drum machine? Regardless, it's repetitive and grating. The singer sounds drunk or high or both, and not in a good way. Some good music to be heard, but not very much. Top: Means To An End Not Top: Heart and Soul

Oct 27 2025

Nice music to jam and clean to. Weird that Rockafeller Skank was unavailable on YT music.

Sincere by Mj Cole
Oct 28 2025

Feels like I'm in the lobby of a 2000s racing game. Honestly some good vibes here.

Truth by Jeff Beck
Oct 29 2025

Simple, but solid early rock music. Definitely the kind of music my dad would listen to if he still had ears. Or a body in general.

Rust Never Sleeps by Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Oct 30 2025

Good music, especially the B side. Also Neil Young, even at the ripe age of 80, is so openly leftist I love him.

Black Monk Time by The Monks
Nov 01 2025

I feel like the A- and B-sides of this album are two completely separate ideas. I wasn't a huge fan of either.

The Bends by Radiohead
Nov 02 2025

I never gave Radiohead much thought, but I really enjoyed my time with this album. Would absolutely give Radiohead more time.

Raw Power by The Stooges
Nov 03 2025

That was a lot
