cherry coloured funk is such a classic in my life. sets the tone so well.
maybe not my usual style, but i can really appreciate the sound and blending of genres together, and creating a strong blueprint for dream pop

Nirvana is such a classic. I think the most impressive part about them is how they can oscillate so easily between softer into really hard hitting. I think where I struggle with it personally is sometimes it can be a bit to intense, or a bit to soft. The vocals just arent necessairly my style, but I can really see how this changed culture through creative and artistic merit.
History key points: introduced punk movement rom Michael Jackson at the time.
Smells Like Teen Spirit is such a strong opener, can really appreciate the artistic merit of rock instrumentals, I think i stuggle with the heaviness of the chorus.
In Bloom — i like it, not super my style but i really enjoyed the start.
Come as You Are is so amazing it makes me feel sick. That intro. Perfection. Moody, ambient tone 100% my style.
Breed — great build up, really exciting (grungy distorted guitar chords). I’m not sure I love it personally though, but can hear the artistic mertit for sure.
Lithium — unsure how i feel.
Polly — to slow for me i think.
Terriotiral Pissings — to intense for me.
Drain You — not my fav
Lounge Act — not my fav
Stay Away — like the verse rolling vibe
On a Plain — not my fav.
Somethign in the Way — sot but i like it because it has a dark and mysterious tone to it. Quite captivating. I would study to this song.
I like Regetta change at 2:00, same with deathwish. not sure i love the vocals, but love the instrumental compositions. not exactly my taste, but honestly quite close. I want to come back to this, I think it will be an album that grows on me.
