Favourites: Scarecrow Earthquake Weather Que’Onda Guero

There is a track that is LITERALLY old people talking called ‘Voices of Old People’. That’s a first for me. Otherwise, as usual, S&G often sound like running through a field kissed by the sun.

Enjoyed nearly every song. Such an epic album. AHHHH.

Beautiful country album. No song particularly stood out to me but it was an enjoyable, easy listen. Lots of interesting notes and chords, sliding into more dissonant sounds, creating an eerie feeling. There’s a song from the movie The Strangers, My First Lover — I will always remember that song.

Didn’t finish this album. I didn’t enjoy it as much as their Heaven or Las Vegas album.

Not my general genre but pleasant enough!
