1001 Albums Summary

Its great sonically but really no emotional pull for me. I generally like to feel something when I listen to my music, this felt like fun, but no feelings.

With its release date, this album is the inspiration and precursor to so many of my favorite new albums. Creative, imaginative, and sparse instrumentals paired with unique yet familiar vocals. Only issue is you have to be in the right mood to really get into it. Overall, great album.

Eh. Listened to it while doing work which was a good vibe but lowkey liked the songs spotify played after it more.

Grocery store music with plucky guitars. Second half drags. Once that accordion started I had a fight or flight reaction.

Quite a sexual album for an old guy damn

It's so cool that she went on to become Charli XCX. Jokes aside, this album came out when I was a 13-year-old just starting to discover music and it has stuck with me through everything. Hate it all you want; this is a great pop album that I will always come back to.
