1001 Albums Summary

I can see why people like this. It's not anything that I could listen to repeatedly and get a lot out of it, but it is iconic sounding. For sure.

Good. I can see why Pearl Jam is considered one of the best grunge bands of all time.

Four Women was super interesting

Great. Iconic. Even though they lost some of the thrash, this was a turning point in rock music mainly because of how huge the drums sound.

I like the Butthole Surfers, but this was strange. It was compelling, but I can't say I really enjoyed it. It listened as though it was a parody of like what noisepunk sounds like to people who aren't old school punk fans or noise rock fans. I guess you could say it was atmospheric? Whatever.
