Exodus by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Jun 02 2026

Listened to it while watering my backyard and planted flowers. Such a peaceful vibe without a care in the world.

From Elvis In Memphis by Elvis Presley
Jun 03 2026

Listened to while doing puzzle games. Can never get enough of Elvis. Such a beautiful voice paired with some amazing love tunes. Didn't know he sung "Gentle on My Mind" (Love Glen Campbell's rendition.), and "In The Ghetto", so those were a happy surprise. Favorite Song -"Momma Liked The Roses"

Pink Moon by Nick Drake
Jun 05 2026

Saw this album recommended by countless people on socials, hailing it as a "must listen album". I partially disagree. Although not acquainted with much folk music, it felt as the album got worse throughout. Outside of "Pink Moon", and "Place to Be", there was nothing that peaked my interest much after. I'm sure I'll try this one again, and find out why this is an influential album.

Jun 07 2026

Although hailed as a top album of all time, I'd have to respectfully disagree. Saying this, I can see why people push this narrative. This album was an art piece, and a beautiful one at that.

Pet Sounds by The Beach Boys
Jun 07 2026

HARMONIOUS! What's not to love?

WOAH! This was the first album that I have not heard of on this list. This album was a first of it's kind for me. I was never much into the electronic scene when it comes to music. Unfortunately this album didn't sway my decision. I thought plenty of the songs started off strong, but then switched midway through and had no clear path. Not quite my tempo. Nothing much more to say about this album, had it's parts, but nothing stood out to me.

Machine Head by Deep Purple
Jun 09 2026

Not huge into metal/hard rock, but this album was great. I'm a sucker for longer songs, where the instrumental changes, so this was up my alley. Beautiful riffs, and hearing Smoke on The Water after reading where it came from was cool.

The Beach Boys Today! by The Beach Boys
Jun 10 2026

Comparably to its other albums, not a fan. Iconic voices but just nothing special from here

White Light / White Heat by The Velvet Underground
Jun 12 2026

This is by far one of the most obnoxiously abhorrent albums that I've had the displeasure of listening to. It had the sensation of waiting in line for the electric chair, hearing nothing but the jarring sounds of the screams of the unfortunate before me. They should try making music sober instead of manufacturing this bs off whatever narcotics they were on.

Songs Of Leonard Cohen by Leonard Cohen
Jun 13 2026

How can you not love this album? Third time listening in my life and it just keeps getting better. Such poetry written by Mr. Cohen. Suzanne is such a beautiful song, I remember walking in the snow freshman year across the smaller bridge right by Fresh listening to this song,

Bad Company by Bad Company
Jun 14 2026

Plenty of good music, but in my opinion, nothing too special, nothing "great". I'm sure that'll change.

A Love Supreme by John Coltrane
Jun 15 2026

JAZZ! The first of hopefully many on this list. Although an enjoyer of jazz, i found this album to be striking in its way, and was just okay.

Melodrama by Lorde
Jun 16 2026

Yikes! Not a fan whatsoever. Sounds like her new producer wanted more pop, not her style. Wasn't unlistenable so I can't put it a 1 but this was nothing to write home about

Bridge Over Troubled Water by Simon & Garfunkel
Jun 17 2026

"Simon and Garfunkel is poetry" "Yes it's poetry. It is a poetry of drugs and promiscuous sex." "Honey... they're on pot" -Detectorists My dad introduced me to S&F when I was fairly young, with Cecila. From there I took a liking to them throughout my life, and they've always been on the radar. This album is great, "Bridge over Troubled Water" is one of the best intro songs to an album.

War by U2
Jun 18 2026

"Sunday Bloody Sunday" is such a catchy song barely remember anything else, but know they were all good.

Destroyer by KISS
Jun 19 2026

Detroit Rock City is one of the best live songs ever. Other than that, KISS is not on my list.

Boston by Boston
Jun 20 2026

One of the best opening songs from an album, and just spectacular from start to finish, fun to sing for sure, and hard not to love.
