1001 Albums Summary

Some bangers on here. Those drums are amazing... always thought of this as Dad Rock, and well, here I am digging it

Spun it twice for kicks, familiar with a few tunes. Some good playing.

Love early U2 but not sure I really enjoyed anything from this album forward that much, usually would skip the channel. Songs are done well but I dont feel it.

I listened to this so many times when it came out. Lots of memories. And puts me into a mood I can't describe well. The industrial mixed with acoustic and electric guitars gets me.

Somehow I never heard of him, or recall hearing any of these songs (maybe the commercial many moons ago???). Listened to this 3-4 times today followed by his other albums. Tragic what happened, so much talent. These tunes take you places.

Great voice, heard these songs growing up, just never was my thing.

I only like the first 2 FF albums. Probably a time in life because everything since them i really can't stand them (too formulaic). These first two are pretty cool.

Never heard of them somehow and grew up in the 80s.

Even the out of tune songs are great

Sex... this is so comical and ridiculous, hard to believe anyone takes this music seriously. It does take me back to being a kid when the lifeguards were playing this type of stuff. I'd never listen to it willingly. 4 for nostalgia.

Always liked the Breeders and Frank Black yet never dug into the Pixies. Cool album, wish I heard that in my formative years.
