Didn’t know psychedelic music could be shades of beige

Very Celtic, emotional, mystical and ethereal. Enjoyed it more than what I was expecting

Enjoyed this a lot. Lana’s voice is celestial and ethereal. Two favourites were white dress and love me like a woman

Felt like racking a line in Brazil, only to find out it was an alien psychedelic. Enjoyed it a lot but unlikely to listen again

Some spectacular songs and some very forgettable songs. An acid trip in in the 21st century in an album

The year is 1974, I return home after a long day at the steel mill, drenched in sweat and ash. I pour myself a large glass of orange juice, to find my wife has already put the kids to bed. She stands by the kitchen window, a gentle breeze caresses her. I approach her and notice this album playing, she says “sweetheart I made fish soup for dinner. I can’t turn this album off.” I sigh and accept that we are about to conceive our 17th child.

One time as children, my little brother “accidentally” threw my grandfather’s headphones down the compost toilet. After several months of being stuck in the compost sewerage the headphones were found and my brother confessed to his crimes. Up until today, that was the biggest crime my family had committed against headphones. After listening to this album I can safely say that the headphones would choose a 3 month compost toilet odyssey before being subjected to this album again.

Brilliant. These kind of albums is just why I do 1001 albums!

4.5/5... This felt like an acid trip across the entirety of human existence. Didn't enjoy the lead singers voice so much, but this was a genius album. Bravo
