I remember hating on "Shout" when i was 15 because it was one of the few songs my dad liked. He is not much of a music guy, and all the modern music he listens to falls pretty much under radio and edm music, so i just never took his opinion on music seriously. However, when he was younger, he did listen to some more music, most notably Tears For Fears and Depeche Mode. He tried getting me into them a couple of times, but i just had decided i was going to hate it from the get go.
