Rumours by Fleetwood Mac
Sep 10 2026

Ahh, a rough album to get right off the bat before I've calibrated my scale and gotten something to compare it to! Regardless, a perfectly fine album with a lot of good earworms. No bad songs, but no super evocative songs either; didn't have much explicit storytelling as is my preference. Some interesting percussion in I Don't Want to Know. Clearly full of a lot of time-honored classics. An enjoyable listen!

Seventeen Seconds by The Cure
Sep 15 2026

An excellent listening experience! Smooth synthy piano and guitar with driving bass throughout. Excellent album

Document by R.E.M.
Sep 16 2026

A nice classic punk collection! Loved getting to hear End of the World As We Know It in context. Enjoyable listen, a few stand-out tracks.

Aqualung by Jethro Tull
Sep 17 2026

A nice introduction to Jethro Tull! Lovely flute and piano throughout, interesting religious themes along the way. Enjoyable listen.

Songs For Swingin' Lovers! by Frank Sinatra
Sep 18 2026

A fine romance album, which isn't my cup of tea. Lots of smooth, slippery songs that blend into the next without much of interest to grip onto. If this is easy listening, I probably like harder stuff.

Brothers In Arms by Dire Straits
Sep 21 2026

A strong and enjoyable album! Classics in Money for Nothing and Walk of Life, and some quality synth and trumpet throughout.

A perfectly fine and fun album! Some 4's with interesting rhythms and intstrumentation, some 2's on the more repetitive side. Not many standout lyrics or songs.

No Other by Gene Clark
Sep 23 2026

A fine album! Nice to get some folk. Good percussion.

Ramones by Ramones
Sep 24 2026

A fine album; a lot of the songs do sound quite similar to me & blend into each other. Not much to say about this one.

British Steel by Judas Priest
Sep 25 2026

A very fun metal entry! Strong sounds all the way through, fun sound design in Metal Gods. Red, White, & Blue feels like an odd departure from the album's sound, though.

Metallica by Metallica
Sep 28 2026

A pretty alright metal album. Interesting instrumentation and melodies before/after the metal parts, which seems not to be my cup of tea. A strong album regardless.

Parklife by Blur
Sep 29 2026

Jazz Samba by Stan Getz

A fine and satisfying fusion album! Pleasant instrumentation and rhythms.

Rattlesnakes by Lloyd Cole And The Commotions
Oct 07 2026

A fine album. Not much stands out.

Happy Sad by Tim Buckley
Oct 08 2026

A pretty enjoyable collection of songs! Lots of interesting experimentation and instrumentation. Shame about the 5th song on the album.

Odessey And Oracle by The Zombies
Oct 09 2026

A very enjoyable album! A ton of different sounds to each song, followable stories and tangible perspectives, interesting vibes throughout.

Jagged Little Pill by Alanis Morissette
Oct 12 2026

Excellent vocal and instrumental style! Brings a fun rough tenor to a lot of songs. Strong artist with a strong theme

Slippery When Wet by Bon Jovi
Oct 14 2026

The best songs from this album have clearly been singled out and widely distributed; otherwise, fairly average sound.

Paris 1919 by John Cale
Oct 15 2026

Fine music with a decent range of sounds across the album.
