1001 Albums Summary

Not entirely to my taste - it's rawer and darker than their previous albums - my tastes tend more towards the "poppy", but Riders on the Storm is a classic, and a great closer. The album art is excellent, though - I'd definitely watch a sitcom starring Stephen Merchant, Richard O'Sullivan, Charlie Day and Bill Oddie.

Too jazz-chaotic for my tastes.

Pleasantly surprised by this; more synth-y and prog-y than my general impression of the Police would leave me to expect.
