Weird psychedelic music from Brazil that gets all the stars.

A band I've know about forever but never listened to because I judged them by their name, I was big time wrong on that count.

My favorite new album from the entire project. Her album prior to this, The Silver Globe is as good or better.

Female led punk is where it's at. My Metro Card is a super weird earworm for me.

The Indie Dream Pop vibes work incredibly well for me.

Nothing really stands out on first listen, but it opens up with multiple plays. I really enjoy music that sounds more like what the artist hears in their head instead of what some stuffed shirt record exec wants to sell records. A true masterpiece that takes no bites of the commercial apple.

I only knew the Vikings song, but the rest of it is weird and groovy.

Only knew the song Cars, the rest of this album is a synth-pop new wave masterpiece.

Kick ass dream pop with ethereal vocals really do it for me. How is there no Mazzy Star on the original list?

Downtempo chill-out space pop all day.

This type of Americana is perfect for sitting on the back patio with coffee and snoring dogs. I Dream a Highway is a great melancholy closer.

Obviously I have heard of the Velvet Underground but they were never on my radar until this project. This is their best album on the list for me. Supremely weird.
