Sea Change
BeckIncredible vibes, and such a different sound from what I'm used to from Beck, especially the albums preceeding this. That being said, can't go wrong with this sound.

Safe for Hard to Handle, I had no idea this band was a thing and loved being able to find hard, bluesy rock in the 90's as opposed to having to travel in time to Led Zeppelin.
Late 80's ballads, subtle instruments, and smooth vocals. Great easy listening.
Holy baselines, Batman! Alternative mood lifting and sophisticated. Definitely a hit with the modern rock crowd stuck listening to the classics. I actually went back and listened twice! Alone, Together and Trying Your Luck.
The vibes... THE VIBES! Marley, through the sadness in his voice, communicated and empathized with Jamaica in a way that nobody ever could.
Easy listening and soothing vocals - nice for a drive or chilling. 7/10

Literal chills from cover to cover.
Decent. Polished in places and rugged in others. Not very memorable for my taste though.
Power vocals and funky bass plus surprise ballads here and there. InkMaster rules!
Prog rock and then some. A step below the Pink Floyd's and Who's of the world.
Polished enough to justify the quirky nature of their lyrics and rhythm, The Talking Heads fall for me outside the realm of music and closer to painting in that they appear to be a manifestation of subconscious thought materialized by art, creativity, and discipline.

An amazing album from front to back and one of my go-to listening staples. Probably one of the greatest albums of all time.
While some of the music was really cool, even Hendrix-esque, the whole thing didn't make too much sense too me overall.

In a strange psychedelic samba way, I liked this album!
The riffs and haunting vocals make this a classic. No wonder Jack White is who he is...
I can appreciate certain aspects of this album - particularly the drums - but the rest is incoherent and way too racy for my taste.
Something about music sung in Portuguese that just sounds different. The instruments, vocals, harmonies, and theme are on point here.
A masterpiece of epic proportion.

Iconic and nothing less.
The vocals, the instruments, and the perfectly balanced sound at this polished point of alt rock island vibes. I don't care what they say, Incubus never sold out.
Iconic, haunting, polished, and great listening.
Hadn't listened before and I loved it!
A few good tracks and some huge hits, but the overall album was okay.
Not for me...
