This is an amazing album! I first got acquainted with the work of Moby. It has never happened before that I liked absolutely all the songs on the album. Even my favorite bands. But here everything is different: all the songs in the album are different in style / genre, and even to the 18th song the brain does not have time to get used to it and gets more pleasure. Despite the lack of genre boundaries, the album leaves a full-fledged aftertaste and self-image as a phenomenon. And I want to listen to more. Not selectively, but a whole album! It is endlessly interesting to listen to. In a word, "Play" is the best thing that I have met in the musical field lately.
In general, it was strange for me. I really love psychedelic and, I like glam metal / rock. But their combination has not made an impression on me Unfortunately, the group (album) was not hooked. It singled out three songs for myrself from the album: 1) Long go; 2) Gathering moss And another one is interesting for its history: Hanging with Howard Marks
I cannot say that I "feel" and "understand" jazz at this moment in my life. But Ella is a genius who brought me a little closer to this understanding. Most liked compositions: Just another rhumba, Sam and Delilah, But not for me, My One and Only, The Man I love, Clap Yo Hands, The Half of it, He loves and She loves
Great classic hard rock. Wonderful "mordents". It has became clear, who among other things influenced the formation of Russian rock. Best Composition - Foreplay / Long Time
Ambient ... This can really be interesting, but, apparently, specifically in that format, the implementation did not hook this one. I want to highlight 4 compositions: Sombre Reptiles (Best!!!), In dark trees, Spirits drifting, Golden Hours
Not my genre, apparently. But here, too, there are interesting compositions: Theresa's sound world On the strip Orange rolls +/-
It's not my genre, and I would be subjective, but Fade away is really good track:)
It was so boring for me. All sings are same, it seems to me. The virgin and In winter are the Best from all another
I don't like alternative Rock and grunge, but this album - is exeption. Really great thing. The Best Composition - "Soma"
That's Entertaimment - is the most interesting composition of this album. It was curious for me to find out about this band
Only four songs I like in this album. I understand that there is so much politics. I can not realize it fully, but I can feel, and I felt! Shane MacGowan is very charismatic frontman! The Best Song is Dirty Old Town
This genre is not for me
I usually hate nu-metal, but this is really good and interesting album! I am surprised. The Best Songs are Drive and Warmth
The most interesting Song is The New Stone Age. And much of the rest - I have not remembered
Dont like electronic genre, but I could find something interesting in this album. Setting sun - is the best
May be it is interesting in its concept, but I don't feel this music
Waits' performative lyrics are classy, but the performance isn't always perceived. But compared to Bone Machine, it is much more listenable. Also the bass line is perfect:)
I did not find anything remarkable in this album. No distinctively characteristic memorable features in the compositions with their fairly good quality
Great album! All compositions are powerfully connected by the concept, while each one is different. Feel free to listen to this album in its entirety. Cale opened to me this uniqe genre as barocco-pop
The compositions are the same. Such teenage pop punk. Music for jumping. But behind the general rhythmic uniformity, there are interesting instrumental inclusions. The Best - Ceiling fan in my spoon
This the Best album of shoegaze in all! Persephone - the fairest
This album is a revelation for me. Through METAL - funk opened up to me in a new way. It's such a groove and drive! The brightest interweaving in the album of electronic and instrumental heavy music, with hop and funk. Bests - "Whats your favorite color?" and "Middle Man"
A very dark and harshly social album that heralded the end of grunge, but you can still feel its breath in places. In general, the album is positioned as industrial metal, but in it you can hear both the interruptions and blast beats characteristic of death metal, and the complex inclusions of prog metal (yes, a weighted relative of prog rock), gloominess and the frequent splitting technique in vocals for gothic rock , vibrations of new wave synths, noises! In short, I really rethought this dude! The Best songs: Dried up, tied and dead to the world; Tourniquet
