1001 Albums Summary

Pretty good pop-rock w/ electronic sounds. Sometimes Beatles, sometimes disco, sometimes bluesy. Was surprised to recognize several songs (or at least the hooks): Time to Pretend, Electric Feel, Kids. Top tracks: Electric Feel

Alright for country. Didn't listen too closely to the lyrics but apparently it's all murder and revenge so that's exciting. Top tracks: I couldn't believe it was true

Spy movie soundtrack with lyrics. Kinda cool, but doesn't do a lot for me.

Probably not the best to listen to while working since he's principally known as a songwriter. Anyway Like a Rolling Stone is of course a jam. I also liked One Too Many Mornings, thought Tell Me Momma-Baby Let Me Follow You Down was a good run.

War pigs is pretty good but the raps were painful

Not bad actually, the Night they Drove Old Dixie Down continues to slap

Sometimes decent, sometimes painful, really long

Ups and downs but the title track makes it

Great moments -- "young man blues" shreds, the extended solo part of "my generation" is cool. Not always sure about the songs though
