1001 Albums Summary

Got halfway through. I just can’t get over Eddie’s voice. I know it works for some people, but not my cup o tea. There’s def some good grungy feels happening, but also feels dad rock at its core… love u dad

It’s like a more soulful, less funky Black Pumas. Definitely good, but wouldn’t say anything deeply caught my attention. It was mostly in the background of the day. Didn’t listen super consciously.

3.5 if I could. I haven’t ever really taken the time to listen to nick cave, but this is like… all the angsty indie kids got old then went to a chill festival together. I like it, but not excessively so

Some good stuff for suuuure, but the hyper 80’s sound… not sure it works for me as a whole this time

Honestly, never been that big a fan of Jay-Z, is there something wrong with me? Beats are okay, lyrics are too heavy on the “this is why I’m better” train, and idk about his flow… I like the Girls song though

That’s some hair for sure! Actually surprised by some of the variance on this though. Good album, just not my genre. Remember that Aerosmith ride at Disney world? Lol I liked that ride

Definitely some bangers, but also a lot of cheese. Middle of the road for the album as a whole

Definitely got lost in a trance a couple times on this one. Nice and relaxing. Good zone out music, very dubby.
