Lazy, Highway Star and Smoke on the Water are certainly three iconic rock music pieces that are remembered by anyone having been young at that time.
One single word: overproduced.
The record starts with a set of songs that all hear the same, beautifully produced pop sounds, intro by some choir either men or women and then mixed, and then the lyrics by Kayne. In the middle there are some more raw RAP songs. That sounds actually quite interesting from time to time. At the end it comes back to the same style as with the start of the record and then he closes with a song that disparages democracy.
My summary: kind of boring, too much of the same, not my preferred choice.
Genesis halt, was ist mehr zu sagen. Gutes Album. Hört sich heutzutage allerdings sehr komplex an, daher nicht mehr ganz so gefällig.
Blues vom Allerfeinsten; wegweisend in der damaligen Zeit; noch immer gut anzuhören, aber passt auch nicht mehr so ganz in die hoch produzierte Zeit von heutzutage. Auf jeden Fall wert es ganz anzuhören.
Das war erst 2007? Hatte das nun eher in den 90er verortet. Super Platte. Anleihen von Genesis, aber frischer bewegender umgesetzt, nicht so vergeistigt. Top Platte stimmt alles. Macht Spaß zu hören.
Einfach überragend; der Zusammenklang der beiden Stimmen, die Klavierarbeit; das ist mit Sicherheit ein Jahrhundert Oeuvre.
super Stimme, super Musik, aber die Texte: immer nur über den / die andere in einer Liebesbeziehung. Ein ganzes Album davon wird schnell langweilig, trotz der herausragenden Musik.

Hm..., Queen hat wenige gute Lieder. Die anderen sind eher Nervensägen. Das Hören des gesamten Albums auf einen Schlag hat diesen Eindruck eher vertieft.

Grandios. Das ertse Album elektronischer Musik, ein Vorreiter und Wegvorbereiter. Hört sich auch heute noch sehr gut.
Unique style to play guitar, unique voice, easy to recognize amongst many and very good songs; CCR is worthwhile to revisit from time to time.
What should I say? That album is just fucking great. Cool beats, more on the dark side of the mood, minimalistic music support and outstanding texts as well as melodies.
Did not know them so far. Nice Indie Rock, but a little bit too predictable. It is ok, by not a favorite.

Also a classic album. contains a few extraordinary songs, the rest is however just average. Though important in the context of music history, not one of the best albums.

Nice 70 music. But not a classic like Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. The music sounds kind of too country.

Ein gutes Album. Heute aber schon etwas schwieriger anzuhören. Der Geschmack verändert sich doch über die Zeit.
Facettenreiches Album. Schöne Songs, rockige Songs, stimmig. Sehr gut anzuhören.
Wunderbare Stimme. Sehr gute Singer-Songwriterin. Hört sich gut an ohne langweilig zu werden.
Was für ein Debut Album. Auch heute 30 Jahre später klingt die Musik noch Topaktuell. Schade dass Steely Dan nicht wie die Rolling Stones überdauert haben. Die Band hätte es verdient gehabt. Grossartige Musik, Gitarren betont, aber nicht alleine rockig. Viele Elemente aus verschiedentlichen Richtungen. Einfach grossartig.
Cooler Country Rock. Ebenfalls ein Meilenstein. Wunderbares Zusammenspiel von Music und der Gesänge der drei. Kann man auch nach mehr als 50 Jahren noch genussvoll hören.
Was für eine coole Music und dann diese sanfte Stimme dazu. Fast vergessen, aber immer noch großartig. Muss man sich wieder einmal öfters anhören. Diese Platte ist ebenfalls ein Meilenstein.
Phew, it may be that the album was at the forefront at the time of appearance. Listening to it today, hearing 15 times the same song (well almost) has been a challenge. Not my kind of music, can do without that.
Very variable voice singing. Very interesting sound. Varying instrumentation and therefore also sound. Grabs attention. I like the way the cadences flow. Some songs are also very melodic. A surprising piece indeed. Did not know that before. Rhythms also vary from song to song. So nothing boring, nice to listen to. The first album that brought me to discover more of them. Like "End Come too soon".
But honestly Smother is the album that is better than Two Dancers.

That is another classic. Roxy Music, rockig, gutes Sax, interessante Songs, manchmal auch ein bisschen nervig, aber immer noch ein Klassiker.
Cooles Album. Nice sogns. Guter Soul. Earth, WInd and Fire are (one of) the best.

Energetic Music; portraying some good amount of joy in life; to a certain extend however also quite similar from track to track; good album; probably not my favorite either.

Soundteppiche; zuerst ein fesselnder Klang; aber dann die ersten drei Lieder immer das gleiche; bin mir nicht klar, ob ich die Platte zu Ende anhöre; nächstes Lied klingt dann anders allerdings mit sehr simpler Klangteppich und Melodieführung; herausragende Musik? Na da stelle ich mir schon etwas anderes vor.
