Popular Reviews

I didn't feel anything while listening to this. It just sounds like generic rock music you would hear in a bar, blending into the background and quickly forgotten as people go about their day. Nobody will Shazam this, and no one will remember it once they get home. It will simply fade away, a relic of another time, with no one to recall it, forever overshadowed by bands that did the same thing but better. 1.5

Beautiful Freak by Eels

I'm not really feeling this one. It's not that it's bad, but the choice of melodies is kind of annoying and cheesy to me. 2.5

Back To Black by Amy Winehouse
Feb 07 2023

All-around, it's a solid project. The songs are really well mixed, making it a good background listen. However, the sound feels a bit monotonous and generic, lacking something special. 3.5

Superfly by Curtis Mayfield
Feb 08 2023

Wow, usually i'm not into soul/funk, but this album is really well made. 4.5

Feb 09 2023

Soulless radio music. I will forget about this in a few days. 2

Getz/Gilberto by Stan Getz
Jul 20 2024

I mean, it is relaxing and all, but maybe a bit too relaxing. Good background music. 3

The Sensual World by Kate Bush
Jul 21 2024

This album has few flaws, but I wouldn’t revisit it. All the tracks sound similar, and her style gets annoying quickly. 3

Nevermind by Nirvana
Jul 22 2024

Enjoyable, but it sounds like a collection of greatest hits rather than a complete, interconnected experience. 4

Let It Bleed by The Rolling Stones
Jul 23 2024

I agree with the other users here. The first and last tracks are spectacular, but the middle part has mixed quality with highs and lows. I like that the album isn't excessively long. 3.5

The United States Of America by The United States Of America
Jul 24 2024

Interesting, reminds me of Velvet Underground & Nico. It was released in the 60s but it still sounds fresh. 3.5

Picture Book by Simply Red
Jul 25 2024

A good listen but nothing groundbreaking. 3.5

The Velvet Underground by The Velvet Underground
Jul 26 2024

i really love this, it's polished and relaxing. Candy Says is an amazing intro. The only aspect that prevents it from achieving a 5 is that it can get repetitive at times. 4.5

Dummy by Portishead
Jul 27 2024

The beats and singing are cool, but I don't think this album has aged well. In the era of DAW productions, I often hear tracks that sound similar to this. 3.5

Django Django by Django Django
Jul 28 2024

Chill summer vibes 2.5

The Genius Of Ray Charles by Ray Charles
Aug 02 2024

If you’re into jazz, you’ll probably like this album. Personally, I’m not a fan, so it just sounds boring and uninspired to me. 2

Bridge Over Troubled Water by Simon & Garfunkel
Aug 03 2024

If you’re planning a barbecue and need the perfect soundtrack, Simon & Garfunkel’s Bridge Over Troubled Water is a fantastic choice 4

good kid, m.A.A.d city by Kendrick Lamar
Aug 04 2024

This album is just hit after hit. Seriously, how does it have tracks like “Money Trees,” “Sing About Me, I’m Dying of Thirst,” and “m.A.A.d city” all in one place? The beats are amazing, and the rapping is on point. I’ve always loved the beat switch on “The Art of Peer Pressure.” However, sometimes his voice can get annoying, like on “Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe.” I also feel that in some songs, the beat feels repetitive and doesn’t justify the track’s length. 4.5

Fear Of Music by Talking Heads
Aug 05 2024

I don't get it. This album sounds pretty average to me. The drum loops are monotonous and repetitive, with barely any variation throughout the songs. On top of that, there's a boring guitar or synth, occasionally accompanied by vocals shouting a phrase. That's it. It's reminiscent of those radio songs that aren't bad, but also aren't good. You just wait for them to be over so you can listen to something actually worthwhile. 2.5

Licensed To Ill by Beastie Boys
Aug 06 2024

The beats are good, but damn, that flow gets annoying 3

Beautiful Freak by Eels
Aug 07 2024

I'm not really feeling this one. It's not that it's bad, but the choice of melodies is kind of annoying and cheesy to me. 2.5

Homework by Daft Punk
Aug 09 2024

I usually love Daft Punk, but this album is not it. It feels like they were still trying to figure out their sound. Honestly, it just seems like a weaker version of \"Discovery.\" There are a few good moments, but overall, it's not as great as their later stuff. 2.5

Back In Black by AC/DC
Aug 10 2024

Overall, the album sounds good, but I just can't get past his voice. 3

Street Life by The Crusaders
Aug 11 2024

The first track on this album is really good. Unfortunately, the rest of the album feels like you're stuck in an elevator with generic background music. 2

The Clash by The Clash
Aug 13 2024

Just good music 4

Funeral by Arcade Fire
Aug 17 2024

Somewhere between catchy and annoying 3.5

Metallica by Metallica
Aug 19 2024

It's not one of the best albums from Metallica but still decent 3.5
