1001 Albums Summary

An absolute classic. First listened to it over a decade ago when I was a teenager, and it gives a lot of nostalgia. Some absolute bangers on here, like Roll With It, Some Might Say, Don't Look Back in Anger, and obviously Wonderwall. Holds up a lot better than expected

Not really my sort of thing. I've enjoyed jazz before, but it's generally been on the more avant-garde side of things. I can tell its well done, but it just doesn't do anything for me

Another one I listened to quite a bit when I was younger. Not my favourite by Eminem; some of the tracks on this one just don't hit, buts still solid and has some ironclad bangers

Pretty good. Wasn't sure what to expect as I've never really listened to swing or big band stuff, but I liked the jazzier elements of this. Rating a 3 star, but probably closer to 3.5

Pretty solid indie rock, Dance floor is still a banger

Never been too big on grunge, this is the sort of thing that just sounds okay to me? Would be middle of the road if not for the song Them Bones, which I've always hated with a passion
