Liege And Lief
Fairport ConventionEarly thoughts: An interesting sound, about 3 tracks in. Not really my vibe unfortunately. Final thoughts: Didn't end up finishing album, may get back to it

Have already heard a few of the tracks on this album. Liking it the more I listen. Overall solid album.
Have already listened to the album's titular track and really enjoyed it. The rest of the album was a fairly interesting listen too.
Busta Rhymes's intro and the following track are pretty fun listens, the instrumentals especially. Have found a few of the early tracks drag on a bit. A number of fun tracks on this album, although I feel like it could've closed on a stronger note. Overall, a solid debut album.
This was an overall great listen. There was a solid amount of diversity in sound throughout the tracklist. Furthermore, I felt that the album started and finished pretty strong.
Ice Cube says alot on this album, and for the most part it's fun to listen to.
I mean it's Metallica, that notwithstanding I'd never actually listened to their "band named album" before. Thoughts while listening: It's a good listen so far, however, their prolific tracks in Enter Sandman and Nothing Else Matters seem to be the only standouts so far. Closing thoughts: My Friend of Misery and The Struggle Within were pretty strong closers, especially the instrumentals. Overall, a solid listen.
A fun thematic album. Enjoyed it for the most part.
A bit of a weird listen, with a number of the opening tracks missing the mark. However, I felt the album came together towards the end, I particularly enjoyed King of Pain.
A fun upbeat album, the overall theme got abit stale towards the end, however. Nonetheless, a good listen.
A funky, bluesy and for the most part entertaining album. Really enjoyed Nilsson's singing and instrumentals, primarily on tracks like Down and Coconut.
