I find the individual songs hard to get into but the album really works as one piece. More folky and blues than I am used to with the Stones.
One note. Not my jam.
Don’t love Neil’s voice. Pretty standard sounding.
Loved the first few songs but then the record faded for me.
Just boring and not that interesting. Ok background vibes. Very jammy. Don’t love his voice.
Very chill and pleasant. Good background music. Kind of boring.
I like this album way better than their original album. Their first album is one note…punk. This was interesting and more soothing. I now understand their popularity.
That was a strange album. One or two songs I really liked, others not as much. Nothing to draw me in. Felt like poetry put to a tune.
Really enjoyed it! I don’t often listen to this type of music. It was very soothing. Obviously a talented group of singers. Good background music when working too.
First two songs are well known and great. But then I realized that the whole album sounds the exact same. I couldn’t even tell what song was playing. One note. And eventually very dull. It’s alright for background music, but boring in the end.
Still don’t like his voice. Songs were ok but can’t get past his singing voice. Nails to chalkboard.
Really like it! Can’t even imagine how crazy this was when it came other in 1969. The vocals and instrumentation are extraordinary. Never listened to the whole album. Was surprise at how sad some of the songs are lyrically.
Ella voice is wonderful of course. Smooth. Her phrasing is great. However many of the songs are boring and you really need to be in the mood to listen to this music. I wasn’t today.
Pretty easy listening. Nothing bad but nothing particularly great.
It’s ok. Gets repetitive
I thought one song was good. The rest … nope. The vibrato on the voice was annoying. The songs were weird. Not my jam.
This felt like a lot of noise. Couldn’t hear or understand the singer. It was weird. Not my jam.
Really enjoyed this one. One or two songs were a miss but overall great. Didn’t know I like muse beyond the radio. But turns out I do and would like to see them live.
I didn’t hate it. Kind of boring and one note. Really didn’t like the song with the dissonance. Hard to understand the lyrics. Voice was decent. Meh.
Take me back to the 80s! A fun album. Don’t want to listen to it all day. A product of its time and overall enjoyable.
Great album. Love Green Day. May have been a little long. But some really good songs.
Well that was different. Liked the vibe. Didn’t love the song with animal noises. Don’t need to listen to it again.
I don’t want to listen to this type of music everyday. It isn’t bad but it doesn’t give me any desire to dance, sing along, be happy. I have never enjoyed this type of voice either. No doubt the lyrics are interesting.
First half was good. Lost steam in back half. Definitely more mature sound than first album
Nostalgia 100%! Not their best best still love it. Some songs are perfect. Others are ok. But can’t help but give it a good score.
Was my fav when I was a teen. Still love most of it. Nostalgia for days.
Clearly a few great songs on this album but there is also many that Just don’t do it for me. It’s a weird album.
Liked it more than I thought I would. Very 80s. Some interesting songs.
