1001 Albums Summary

Crappy people bragging about how crappy they are. The beats were good though.

The first half is glittery cheesy synth pop that not quite up to the standard of Bowies 80s mega catchy grooves. The second half is ambient noise and melody in a glorious blend of vibe and feel.

We've been listening to the title track a lot lately because it's on The Sandlot soundtrack and the kid and I love watching that movie. I hadn't heard the whole album though and it's a lot more of the same. That's a good thing. Love that twangy Telecaster and smooth organ...

He had me at 15 minute version of Voodoo Chile. Only 1 or two tracks weren’t great.

I think they call this hard bop. It isn’t an introductory album. It has some complexity to it.
