1001 Albums Summary

Not a Bowie album I turn to very often. Totally atmospheric, great sounds. It's definitely one I'll return to more in full.

I didn't know this band at all and I actually really enjoyed this listen. Their sound was not at all what I was expecting when I heard the band name and saw this album cover. I probably would have never given this a chance left to my own devices, but it had some cool tracks that I'll add to my rotation.

A classic for a reason. I have this on vinyl, so clearly loved it enough to buy it at one point, but I think it's so classic that I just rarely turn to it. It's also probably the only King Crimson album I know well enough to make any sort of commentary on. Might dig into other stuff now that I'm back here. I hear 1974 is their year.

Wow. I literally listened to this yesterday without knowing it would come up today. I'm gonna skip a second listen. I'm a little iffy on Sonic Youth, at least in large doses. This album was definitely pretty cool though.

this album should be a slay, but it simply is not

um kind of forgettable to me, sorry. feels like an okay album to throw on in the background and forget about. it just feels very much like a lot of stuff that was coming out around this time. sorry!
