Live At The Regal
B.B. Kinga masterclass in blues. the girls screaming in the background is a bit much though

Iconic band with an iconic sound…that’s pretty similar throughout the entire album.
I had no idea I knew so many of their songs! Blitzkrieg Bop? Iconic. Generally not my jam though unfortunately
Okay. Leonard Cohen is a legend. The lyrics? Depressing but they made me stop and reflect which I can appreciate. Listening to an old man talk/sing over basic pop chords and instrumentation though? Definitely not easy listening or for me. For the music alone? 1 star. But after reading about the history of this album. I'll give an extra pity star.
I’ve listened to this twice already. This album is such a fun vibe. The bass line is insane. How did I know about this?! It’s so funky
The iconic coldplay sound. I knew 'Yellow,' but I hadn't listened to the rest of the album. This album brings be back to elementary school. Going back to this music now feels so comforting.
Interesting mix of pop + punk + rock(?) which makes it way easier for me to listen to than straight up punk but also more interesting than regular old pop. This guitarist loves his distortion pedal too lol. Interesting album, but not everyday listening for me
Hot buttered soul is an iconic album name. A classic soul/funky vibe, but my zoomer brain got bored and wanted it to move much faster. I recognized walk on by probably from one of the many songs that sampled it.
This album was so weird I loved it. From the album cover spoof on the beatles to the random 48 second interludes, this whole album was a wild journey that I'll probably never listen to again. Who needs the peace corp was definitely a standout
I don't think I'm a fan of listening to EDM. I appreciate the effort it takes to make, but this album was pretty repetitive and never really had clear melodies. I get that melodies aren't really the point in drum & bass EDM so I guess this just isn't for me.
Yeaaaa I don’t think this album is for me. Super angsty with a harsher tone
I knew of the Temptations (mainly because of 'My Girl'), but this album showed me a whole other side to them! Very funky with some great bass lines. Overall a very fun album
I think this is a swing? Blues? Soul album? I don’t know but it was groovy nonetheless
Probably my all time fav Beatles album. So many of these songs are iconic hits
My new fav monk album. The band adds so much and the solos are great as always
